Needless to pretend: the celebrations for the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy are taking place amid the indifference of the majority of Italians and even the mainstream media engage in this event only the space necessary. The reasons for this disaffection sono molti e non casuali. Vediamone alcuni.

C'è anche chi sfrutta la data incerta della nascita dell'Unità e ricorda polemicamente che il Veneto venne annesso all’Italia solo nel 1866 e quindi festeggiare oggi i 150 anni dell’Unità sarebbe un falso storico.
